On 31.12.2016, Cofinimmo employed 128 employees (average age 41 years), of whom 48 % are university graduates and 30 % are post-graduates. About 57 % of the staff work in client and portfolio management, with the remaining personnel employed in support activities. The staff total breaks down into 64 % female and 36 % male employees.
Cofinimmo pays particular attention to the corporate values, which guide teams’ daily functioning. Creativity is the result of a process of reflection and questioning at all levels of the organisation. Success depends in particular on the precision of actions carried out and focuses on quality in all undertakings. The Investor in People (IiP) label underlines this essential deployment of knowledge. The Human Resources department works with managers and employees to draw up an individual development plan. In 2018, Cofinimmo is aiming to achieve the “Gold” level of the IiP label.
